The Shantou AI – AI Agent for Job Application project created a Chrome extension designed to streamline and personalize the job application process. The extension scrapes job postings and resumes to auto-fill applications with an 85% field-match accuracy, significantly reducing manual effort for users.

An integrated AI agent generates tailored responses to application questions by aligning resume content with job descriptions, improving personalization and relevance. In addition, a user dashboard was built to support resume variant customization and submission history tracking, providing a seamless end-to-end solution for job seekers.
